Diplomacy of the “Unilateralist World”: Terror or Dialogue?
Apparently, in the “unilateralist world” the rules are completely different. So far we have learned that “compromise and dialogue” are the most important tools of “diplomacy” in the realm of the “civilized world”. But in the “unilateralist world” everything seems to be different. I don’t think there was such a rule in the barbarian era:
In order to invite “compromise and dialogue”, the leader of one country “threatens to assassinate” the leader of another country! He should be nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize!
